Hey there! I’m Lauren, a Jersey girl living down south. I kicked off my radio career at Penn State University (Class of 2018 – during the Saquon Barkley years – little subtle flex). After graduation, I moved to Nashville and had the chance to work on several Nationally Syndicated shows as a producer.

When I’m not on-air or handling social media for the show, you can catch me having a good flirt to roast ratio with my husband, hanging with my chocolate lab, Zion, listening to too much Taylor Swift music or being a self-proclaimed pizza and bagel snob (because, let’s face it, I’m from NJ). I’m also a passionate sports fan – rooting hard for my all-time favorite team, the New York Yankees, Giants, and Knicks. I’m also passionate about Outback Steakhouse. That place is a top-tier dining experience every single time.
